How do I return my order?

If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, within 30-days of the purchase date, you may return the item for a full refund or exchange. Jewelry must be returned with any accompanying certificates or paperwork in new
or original condition.

 

We are not responsible for lost or stolen items or damage resulting from loss, theft, misuse, abuse, or Acts of God.

Shipping

At Gems of Jaipur, our exquisite products hail from India and must pass through US customs before reaching our shop. As a result, there may be a slight delay in delivery times.

Currently, we estimate a timeframe of 4-6 weeks for custom orders and items not readily available in our IN STOCK collection to arrive after production. However, some pieces that require minimal customization may be ready for shipment within 2-3 weeks.

Please note that all our jewelry is
meticulously crafted by hand, and we strive to expedite orders to the best of our ability. If you have a specific deadline in mind, kindly reach out to us, and we will make every effort to accommodate your needs. However, we want to emphasize that selecting expedited shipping does not guarantee immediate shipment.

Orders placed on weekends or national holidays will be processed the following business week. Rest assured, once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification along with a tracking
number for your convenience.

Repairs

At Gems of Jaipur, we understand that despite our best efforts, jewelry mishaps can occur. Whether a gem falls out or a link breaks, rest assured that our commitment to quality and craftsmanship remains
unwavering.

For your convenience, we offer repair services exclusively for jewelry purchased from Gems of Jaipur. Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate repairs for items acquired from other jewelers.

For jewelry purchased within the past year, we extend a complimentary one-time repair for any breakage resulting from a manufacturer defect. Please note that this does not cover the replacement of missing or lost stones. We strongly advise obtaining insurance, particularly for pieces adorned with precious stones such as diamonds,
sapphires, rubies, emeralds, and opals.

Repairs required after the initial year or those deemed to be the result of misuse will incur a repair charge, which will be communicated to you prior to the start of the repair process.

Our skilled artisans specialize in an array of repairs, including:

  • Ring resizing (at an additional fee)
  • Stone tightening
  • Damaged mounting restoration
  • Stone resetting
  • Refinishing
  • Prong re-tipping
  • Rhodium finishing
  • Cleaning and inspection
  • Cultured pearl or bead restringing
  • Chain, hinge, and clasp repair
  • Earring post and back replacement

Please note that we do not offer watch repair services.

Once your jewelry is ready for pickup, we will promptly notify you. We stand behind our workmanship with a six-month guarantee on all repairs. If, for any reason, our repair does not meet your expectations,
we will rectify it at no additional cost to you.
